of Suzhou,the fourth,wells of Danyang,the fifth a well in Daming
Temple of Yangzhou,the Sixth,Songiang River,the seventh,HuaiheRiver.
“NO.5 Spring Under Heaven”iS locared west of PingShan Hall.
It iS an ancient Spring well. The water has rich mineral content.If
you continue to pour Water into a glass already full to the
brim,the water forms a dome and stays over the brim.If you put
a coin gently on the water,it will not go down.The green tea
from the PingShan Hull brewed in this water has a special flavour.You
can try it in Wuquan Teahouse nearby. |
